杨嘉琛,博士,讲席教授,博士生导师,现工作于bet365官网电气bet365官网与信息工程学院。2014年1月至2015年1月,在英国拉夫堡大学做访问学者;2019年8月至2019年9月,在美国安柏瑞德航空大学做访问学者。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI期刊论文130余篇,包括IEEE Trans/Journal论文60余篇,13篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,5篇论文入选ESI热点论文;作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、教育部联合基金、天津市重大专项等科研项目40余项,科研经费累计5000余万元;荣获天津市科技进步一等奖(排名第1)、国家科技创新领军人才、国家四青人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才、天津市中青年科技创新领军人才、天津市131创新人才、天津市工程专业学位优秀指导教师等称号;担任国家科技部、国家基金委、国家科工局、教育部评审专家。
